In this Level 2 class (10 hours of education), along with advanced techniques, students will now go deeper with meditation, exploring different techniques and feel more confident about sitting still and silent and enjoying deeper sense of peace. Mudra and Yoga Nidra will be explored and wholesome routines that will strengthen the mind and health of the body.
