Saturdays @ 2:15PM Starting in June 2025

At the Institute for Ayurveda, we’re here to help you chill out, sleep better, feel lighter, and ditch the blues—naturally.

From weight loss to fighting off funk (aka depression) to taming anxiety gremlins and finally getting some decent sleep, our wellness programs are like a tune-up for your soul.
