Udvartana is a detoxifying full body massage using herbal paste to create lightness, open pores, remove blockages in the blood vessels, increase heat in the tissues, and stimulate fat metabolism. Udvartana reduces both Vata and Kapha and is very invigorating.

Enrollment fee for learning Udvartana, Ayurvedic Body Therapies.  This class is taught in small groups and will start when there are 5 or more students.
