This is a 10 WEEK Ayurveda and Life Skills Internship offered to to students in collaboration with the University Of Irvine.
During this time you will be learning about Ayurveda and building healthy habits. You will also be assigned projects ranging from making ebooks, social media posts and more.
This a self paced introduction to Ayurveda, learning the self care rituals that are the foundation of creating wellness and balance. This is an independent study with access to live webinars and class recordings. Here Students will work on improving their health under the guidance of an Ayurvedic Doctor and incorporate healthy daily routines. Students will be mentored right from the beginning so that the flow of this sacred knowledge from mentor to student continues the ancient tradition.
This program self paced and is for anyone who wants to work on their own health and experience the consultations, body therapies and our unique mentorship approach. Students will be fully supported to learn self care rituals, healthy eating guidelines and strengthen their digestion and immunity. Students will also experience the calming benefits of their daily meditative practice. The goal of this program is to help the student establish a greater balance in their lives while introducing them the basic concepts of Ayurveda.
This is a clinical mentorship that guides the student with supervised clinical experience to assess their clients using Ayurvedic understanding of health and disease. All foundational material will be reviewed under this clinical mentorship to ensure mastery of relevant Ayurvedic concepts and principles.
There will be opportunity to work with real clients, guiding, motivating and supporting them to make healthy changes to their diet and lifestyle. Students will be supervised closely and guided to improve skills in note taking, asking questions, assessing the needs of their clients and creating diet and lifestyle plans to best support their clients.
This program is open to all as a lifestyle immersion into the Ayurvedic view of life, health, and healing. Learn the fundamentals of nutrition and well-being for family, friends and community. Open to anyone interested in a living practice of Ayurveda and a long, healthy life.
Daily routines for morning and evening lay the foundation for emotional health with practices such as yoga, meditation, breath work, self- massage and various others. These self-care rituals will be taught along with subtle therapies such as aroma-therapy, color therapy and sound therapy. This program is very hands on as emphasis is on learning the sense therapies. Students will experience the calming and nourishing benefits of these rituals and with first-hand experience will be able to teach others on the journey towards greater self-love and harmony.
In this section of the course, we will be going from the classroom to the kitchen with cooking demos to teach healthy meals using healing spices and wholesome ingredients. Students will learn how to stock their pantry turning it into a kitchen pharmacy and creating delicious meals that will impress and satisfy every palate.
We will take a close look at the six tastes and the effects of each on our unique mental and physical constitution and on any digestive imbalances. The focus will be on improving digestion and correcting digestive challenges through appropriate foods and spices and healthy eating guidelines. Students will learn how to give dietary guidelines and teach others how to cook if necessary.
The herbal segment of this program explores digestive herbs and some classical formulations with regard to when and how to use them safely.
This course begins your journey with meditation and a balanced life with self care rituals. You will then dive into the principles and concepts of Ayurveda that give a clear understanding of the disease process and the root causes of disease. Learn how to bring more public awareness to this wisdom through writing, speaking and teaching. Share these transformational teachings with your own communities or integrate this knowledge to your current profession in any health care field.
Shirodhara is a popular therapy based in the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India. It has been practiced for thousands of years to bring the mind, body and soul to a harmonious level.
Shirodhara comes from the two Sanskrit words “shiro” (head) and “dhara” (flow or pour). The therapy consists of pouring medicated oil, decoctions, milk, buttermilk and other therapeutic liquids in a continuous flow over the forehead, particularly between the eyes (on the third eye). It is a part of Panchakarma detoxification process and is also a stand alone healing therapy for various disorders related to the head, neck, ears, nose, throat and diseases of the nervous system such as headache, insomnia, lack of concentration and memory, fatigue and dizziness, among others. It helps to improve digestion, speech and sensory organs, nourishes and rejuvenates the hair and helps maintain the balance of body and mind.Reiki is energy healing that is safe, non invasive, simple and spiritual. It strengthens intuition and body’s own intelligence to heal. Patients often report feeling more relaxed, clear and comforted. Anyone can learn Reiki for self healing or creating a spiritual practice that deepens meditation and for exploring the workings of energy. Those who want to be healers will need take and to be attuned to Reiki 1 and 2.

Our Yoga teacher training program is an intensive 200 hour course that is certified by the Yoga Alliance (RYT-200) and designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to become certified yoga instructors.
Our program takes a deeper dive into Curriculum Components
such as Asana Study, Pranayama and Meditation, Philosophy, Anatomy for Yoga,
Teaching Skills, Ayurveda and its connection to yoga and more. It's a journey
of self-discovery, deepening one's understanding of yoga as a holistic practice,
and developing the skills to share this ancient wisdom with others.
